    * Continue to set up web page email functions for all the employees for the government: improve junk mail filtering process, and improve the efficiency for e-service processes.
     

     

    * Improve the functions of e-service platform for the government and to make advances in the usage of connection and renewal of online services instituted by the departments.

    * Establish ISMS information security management system responding to the high information security and efficiency requirements of the e-government.
       
    * Establish mechanisms for important website and facility monitoring and improve the ability for real time response for the information security team.
       
    * Improve the transmission quality of the network backbone and improve the efficiency of information services for each department.
       
    * Improve information security and vulnerability scanning for information web sites for the departments of the city and prevent hackers from gaining access and prevent viruses from invading.
       
    * Improve the process of real-time information security monitoring of the networks for related departments outside the city.
