    * * Apr'14 Complete the City Government’s First E-mail Social Engineering Test for 2014 to increase the City Government employee’s awareness in e-mail usage safety, send relevant e-newsletter on e-mail information safety and strengthen each division’s information security management to ensure that it meets the Security & Communication Security Regulations.     * * Dec'13 Completed this year’s tests for all of the City Government’s division websites, in particular, the test was to ensure the division websites’ information validity, accessibility certification and other relevant tests for regular websites. Official documents will be sent to each division, detailing shortcomings that require remedies to ensure the division websites’ service quality level. (Web Service Section)
    * * Dec'13 Held Information Security Management System (ISMS) ISO 270001 Certification renewal review for 2013. Implement the regulations of the “Government Agencies (Institutions)’s Information Safety Responsibility Level Designation Process Implementation Plan.” Through effective Information Safety Management, prevent information from being compromised due to potential threats and in turn fully enhance the Information Safety Protection Level.     * * Mar'13 Added notification agencies (including the National Taxation Bureau of Kaohsiung of Ministry of Finance), TaiPower, Kaohsiung office (service center) of Chunghwa Telecom, Kaohsiung Area Farmer's Association, National Health Insurance Administration (Kaohsiung-Pingtung business section), Chunghwa Post, Bureau of Labor Insurance, Kaohsiung Area Fisherman's Association and local fisherman's associations) to the inter-agency civilian service system, expanding and boosting the synergy of the civilian service as a whole.
